the breakfast was adequate. I had no complaints about it.
i am very annoyed that there was no support for my luggage in the room. The bathroom also lacked shelves.

I found the hotel clean and beautifully maintained. the staff were wonderful. They helped in every possible way. everyone i saw was very friendly, courteous, and professional. the breakfast included many options, i especially liked the bacon and eggs.
The shower flooded the bathroom slightly. It was a minor issue.

the hotel had a good location, a carrefour store was nearby. it was a short walk from the river, a suitable distance from the city center, and the area was calm and quiet. it's perfect for those seeking tranquility.

breakfast was delicious and included with my stay. they provided an american style breakfast. it was a good experience after eating only italian food for a month. coffee and water were available all day at no extra cost.

Good Stay Near the Heart

The breakfast selection was plentiful. It included eggs, bacon, pastries, and various meats. The hotel staff were both friendly and helpful with directions. I also received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. That was a nice surprise!
There was no dedicated luggage rack in the room, made unpacking a bit awkward. Bathroom lacked shelves. This made it difficult to organize personal items efficiently. I also found the shower arrangement inside the tub a bit slippery.

the hotel does not allow air conditioning until later in the season. this. work started around 0730am, even on saturday.

the gluten free breakfast options were available, that was acceptable.
the shower head was broken, most of the water came out of the top. i had to pay for bottled water in the room. no one even bothered to ask how our stay was.

i was a little disappointed in a couple of things. the bathroom lacked shelves (it made organizing toiletries difficult). also, the shower being inside the bathtub was a bit awkward (i worried about slipping every time i got out).
